Agora is a bright and bustling area that lies in the inner circle of Concordia. High rise buildings, condominiums, and the financial and market districts can be found here. Most of Concordia's workforce are designated to work in establishments in this area.

Agora is Concordia's most populous district which is why there are a lot of residential areas there. If you find yourself in Concordia and would like to find a place to call home, please contact Agora Residences.
THE OVERSEER
The Overseer is not a perfect being, just like everyone else in Concordia, but was chosen by the Coterie to be Concordia's caretaker. He may be presiding all of Concordia but he is far from a god.
He is only known by his title and people have heard of his voice over Siren Radio but people have yet to see the face of this mysterious caretaker but they might have seen him before without knowing. He has mentioned liking taking strolls in Hamilton Park at night and enjoys a particular takoyaki place near Starlight Park after all.
THE COTERIE
They only come over to Concordia to escort those who have heard the Maker's Calling to the Great Beyond. Only those who are ready to step into the Great Beyond can handle facing the Coterie head on. Not even the Overseer has seen what manner of form do these mysterious figures take in but they are able to commune with him somehow as the Overseer has mentioned before.
CONSTANCE DUFRESNE
She serves as the Overseer's second-in-command as Deputy Overseer of Concordia. Since she is the public figure on behalf of the Overseer she is often left to deal with public relations.
She came from the mortal plane but never really died per se. She just simply stumbled upon Concordia one day in one of her travels.
Since she never really died, she has not heard the Maker's Calling. She attempted to undergo Transference once but to no avail. However, she can go back to the mortal plane as she pleases because of her unusual existence.
HILDEGARDE HAMILTON
The governor of the Bank of Concordia has been through the many other 'paradise' cities besides Concordia because of how many cycles she has lived through.
Because of how many cycles she lived, this has caused an interference in her last cycle as she was thought to be a mad woman and a witch because of her 'visions of the future' and was ultimately burned to death.
Like most of the officials in Concordia, she can no longer hear the Maker's Calling, was a shame since she loved coming back to different eras in the mortal plane but she was glad to stay in a city in her favourite era.
WILLIAM PAXTON
The head of Concordia Corporation might be the youngest looking official in Concordia but he is known to be one of the eldest denizen in the city. He is known to be one of the first people who had stopped hearing the Maker's Calling.
In his many cycles, not once did he ever reach past the age of twenty. He kept coming back to the mortal plane in his Transferences in an attempt to turn his luck around but his bad luck kept on clinging to him. But he never gave up trying until his final cycle. But at least he seemed to be faring better in Concordia as evident of his current position.
